Building on a family legacy of stewardship and client advocacy, Kelvin has been immersed in the profession since an early age. He began his journey as his father’s apprentice at age 10, gaining firsthand exposure to the discipline, integrity, and long-term thinking that define comprehensive financial planning.
Kelvin earned his degree in Financial Planning from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he developed a strong academic foundation grounded in research, strategy, and real-world application. His education, paired with years of hands-on experience, allows him to approach planning with both technical precision and practical insight.
As the head of the Planning Department at Jacob Gold & Associates, Inc., Kelvin plays a central role in designing comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and values. He works closely with clients to guide them through the estate planning process, ensuring the proper documents are thoughtfully structured and aligned with their broader financial strategy. In addition to leading the department, he serves as a full-time financial planner, working directly with many of his father’s long-standing clients and continuing the firm’s tradition of multigenerational relationships.
Kelvin also brings significant technological expertise to the firm. From recording and editing educational content to implementing advanced digital tools, he leverages modern technology to enhance client communication, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall client experience.
