Voya Retirement Readiness
Jacob Gold & Associates, Inc. is proud to be a part of Voya’s Retirement Readiness program. Through Retirement Readiness, Jacob and his team teach and facilitate financial wellness workshops for companies of all sizes; from Fortune 500 companies to small family owned business.
In addition to providing an educational experience for the company’s employees; Jacob and his team provide personalized financial consultations for those employees who would like to receive some personal financial guidance.

Topics include an in-depth look at asset allocation, including sub asset classes and relative risk and return. Attendees will learn various techniques and best practices that can help them create a sound and appropriate investment strategy for their personal retirement goals.

This seminar discusses one of the more important and potentially valuable retirement assets available to individuals – Social Security benefits. Attendees will review how it works and discuss some ways to potentially make the most of this program and how it might work for them and their loved ones. So whether someone is a few years away from retirement or many, it’s important to know how this core retirement benefit works.

For many, the workplace retirement plan represents a good portion of their retirement savings. This in-depth seminar will help attendees understand the pros and cons of available distribution options and potential tax implications and penalties.
